A meeting was held by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha on Thursday. Some stakeholders suggested that the annual higher secondary (Plus II) exam should be held offline in this meeting. As the Chairman of CHSE Satya Ranjan Sahu said, Most of the participants are likely to be in favour of offline exams. They demanded adequate timing for students to prepare for the exam. The Council will take a final decision after the consultation process.
However, some students are in favour of online exams. Over the past few weeks, several students group protested, demanding virtual mode of examination.
