Eleven new Specialty Schools of Excellence were opened in the capital this year, bringing the total to 31, according to government officials in Delhi. After a hugely successful first year, 11 new Specialty Schools of Excellence (SoSEs) were added to the list. and now their number has increased to 31.
These schools provide specialized education in five areas including Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Liberal Arts, Performing and Visual Arts, 21st Century High-End Skills and the Armed Forces Preparatory School,” said a senior Delhi government official.
Admissions for the new session have already begun at these schools. Students can apply for admission to Grade 9 at the selected domain by February 28th.
