It is already noticed the Government of West Bengal has allowed offline or physical classes in colleges, universities as well as primary and upper primary schools from Wednesday. The Calcutta High Court on Friday released an order in which schools and other educational institutions will be permitted to charge fee according to their policy and arrangement. High Court of Calcutta instructed schools and educational institutions to charge fees for essential service rendered online with a 20 percent deduction.
Schools in West Bengal reopened and HC allows normal fees
The decision taken by the government of West Bengal is quite good and the 20 percent deduction in fee will helps economically challenged students to continue their studies.
