On Feb,18 the Chhattisgarh government has approved a proposal to open kindergartens in 6,536 different locations in the state. This proposal was proposed by the department of school education during a cabinet meeting. On different 6,536 locations are chooses to open kindergartens, where Angadbadi centres are situated in school premises. This initiative is launched for the students of age group of five to six years. Benefits of this initiative will be given to around 68,054 out of 3,23,624 students in this age group from the academic year 2022-23.
