The Government of India has announced to set up the first Institute of national Importance (IIT) in Dubai as a part of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), the India-UAE trade deal signed on February 18, 2022. This will be the first time that India’s premier institute, an IIT, will be set up in a foreign country. This will be another step for India to lead this world with a wealth of knowledge.
