To apply for all research fellowships, grants and fellowships, the general application form can be viewed. The government is still considering a single application process. This was proposed by Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State for Science and Technology, Geosciences, Atomic Energy and Space at a high level, chaired by all Secretaries of Science Ministries and Agencies.
Singh said the streamlining of all scholarships and research grants would save money and time and ensure “ease of science education” for students and scientists, the IANS news agency reported. The Minister of the Union said that there are now a number of fellowship and fellowship programs for students and researchers at different levels, from undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral to doctoral studies.
