Test anxiety is the anxiety or stress or nervousness that we feel just before a exam.
In my experience, I feel that it is good to have this as it has always helped me in doing well in exams. Due to this I focus more on the exam preparation it troubles me a lot but in the end, the results are awesome.
But if we look at the other side of this it could be bad for some as it also generates a sense of self-doubt in ourselves. Some perform well in this situation but there are some that can’t perform well in this situation even they start panicking due to which their average performance is also affected.
