I think despite many steps, specially abled students are still finding it difficult to cope with what they have to acquire. I have given my thoughts on this.
Differentiated education is a modified version of the basic education curriculum that covers the same information in a different method. Material is differentiated according to the needs of the children, based on the problems the child must overcome in order to learn properly.
According to research, students with disabilities spend 80% of their time in general education classrooms, which means they are enrolled in ordinary classes. To put it another way, they learn the same information, but some things are done differently. Oral exams, for example, will be used to resolve any reading or writing challenges.
So I think special education should be an essential component of the basic education programme, with teachers prepared to operate in an inclusive setting.
Now why is it important? The most important purpose of special education is to provide growth chances and a learning process for children with special needs in order to improve their quality of life. Only with the collaboration of schools and government agencies that provide free adequate education can this be accomplished. With the support of special educators and advanced classrooms, children gain knowledge tailored to their specific needs and talents.
