The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a new website for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main. The web address jeemain.nta.nic.in will take students to the new interface.
The website still does not display details related to JEE Main 2022, however, based on recent developments, a notice of JEE Main 2022 is also expected to be published soon. Sources have previously said that the government is considering publishing the JEE Main 2022 notice and application form in February.
The ministry also held discussions on a number of attempts to be offered in the JEE Main 2021. It is likely that the NTA will return to a two-a-year format after four attempts in 2021.
This can be done because in 2021, JEE Main has been marred by a fraudulent scam. Further, the current year was derailed behind schedule. To fit in with the academic calendar, the number of attempts could go back to two per year.
