As the pandemic over, many universities and colleges have restarted their classes through offline mode and also prefers to offline mode of examination. The Students of Gurugram University were protesting against offline exams and demanding online examination mode. Students protested on Tuesday so that police have to disperse them as the students had blocked the main road in front of the University in Sector 51, Gurugram, Haryana.
A special meeting of officials held under the chairmanship of Vice-Chancellor Dinesh Kumar and decided to refuse to conduct online exams and confirmed to go ahead with offline exams. An official stated that the decision of conducting offline exams had been taken on the suggestion of everyone in the meeting. In a message of the students, VC of Gurugram University said that question is not about the examination, but the importance of getting a degree. It is related to the future and life of thousands of students.
