- Working hard isn’t a guarantee of a quick promotion. Promotions in government services are dependent on your category and experience. There is an employee rating system in place, however, most employees will be ranked between 8.5 and 9.5 on a scale of one to ten, so it won’t make much of a difference.
- You may be stationed in tiny villages or tier-3 cities at times. During your assignment, you will be stationed in small towns or rural locations for a length of time. It’s possible that your time there will be unpleasant.
- The working atmosphere in government offices is insufficient: Perhaps the wall’s plaster is flaking away, or perhaps there isn’t any plaster at all. If you’re lucky, the fan will turn on and you’ll be able to make it through the summer.
