Yes, SSC’s One Time Registration (OTR) is common for all posts — whether technical (like Computer Operator, Radio Operator, JE, etc.) or general posts (like CGL, CHSL, MTS). Candidates only need one OTR profile, and then they can apply for any exam/post as per their eligibility.
