Indian Institute of Technology Delhi invites online application from eligible candidates for admission in postgraduate/ Doctorate programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -

- Master of Technology (M.Tech)
- Interdisciplinary M.Tech.
- Master of Science (Research) (M.S. (Res))
- Master of Design (M.Des.)
- Master of Science (M.Sc.)
- Master of Public Policy (M.P.P)
Essential Qualification: For Ph.D./M.Tech./M.S.(RY M.Des/ MPP, a CGPA of 6.0 for General/OBC /EWS (5.50 for SC/ST/PWD) on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD) in aggregate (of all the years/semesters of the qualifying degree). A relaxation in CGPA/marks to 0.5(5%) is also available to those with M.A. Degree in English, for admission to Ph.D. in Humanities and Social Sciences. For Full-Time Ph.D./ M.Tech./M.S.® programme, the qualifying GATE/ National Exam is required. For M.Des. Programme, a valid CEED score required. For M.Sc., a CGPA of 5.5 for General /OBC/ EWS(5.0 for SC/ST/PWD) on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate (of all the years/semesters of the qualifying degree). For M.Sc. (Cognitive Science), a valid COGJET/GATE/JAM score, or CSIR/ JRF/ NET qualification is required. The requirement of GATE/ National Exam is waived for some graduates/students from CFTls.
