MP TET - Information Bulletin

MP Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) exam is a professional exam of Madhya Pradesh, testing the eligibility of candidates for the Post of Teacher in Government schools of Madhya Pradesh. To register for the exam online, one may visit the official website of the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board.

How to apply

MP TET Registration

• Visit the official website- Go to the MP TET Offical Website
• Click on the MP TET application form tab
• Click on the given declaration box
• Read the instructions on the page and click on the Carry Forward button
• Click on the Profile Registration link
• Click on the ‘No’ checkbox
• Enter your mobile number and email ID
• Click on the Receive OTP button
• Enter the OTP received on the mobile number
• Enter the prescribed information and confirm
• Enter the Aadhaar number

MP TET Application Form

Next, candidates can proceed towards filling out the online MP TET application form. For the same, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

• Login to the registered account using your profile ID and password
• Enter all details asked in the application form such as

• Upload scanned images of the photo (4×5 cm) and signature

• Submit the form

  MP TET Application Fee

• Description of the post - Primary Teacher
• Application Form / Instruction Booklet - will be as per the directions of the Professional Examination Board
  Bhopal and Department.
• The examination will be as per the direction of the Professional Examination Board, Bhopal.
• Prescribed Educational Qualification.

Education Qualification

1- 10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks and a two-year diploma in elementary
education or its equivalent.
2- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream with 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.),
3-10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 45 per cent marks and Elementary Education as per
National Council of Teacher Education (Recognition, Standards and Procedures) Regulations, 2002.
4- 10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks and four years Bachelor in Elementary
Education (B.El.D.)
5-10+2 Intermediate or its equivalent with at least 50 per cent marks and a two-year diploma in related
education (special education)
6- Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream and Two Year Diploma in elementary education or its equivalent.

NOTE- reserved categories such as scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, other backward classes and disabled Candidates will be given a relaxation of up to 5 per cent in qualifying marks.

Percentage qualifying marks

Note- other state student qualifying marks as a general/unreserved category

• Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes who are the original inhabitants of Madhya Pradesh
• Only they will get a minimum of 50% qualifying marks. For the other state applicant,
• The minimum qualifying marks will be 60 per cent.

- 2 years from the date of result declaration.
