Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Additional General Manager (Property Development)
Essential Qualification: Bachelor in Engineering/ Architecture/ Urban (or Town) Planning.
Essential Work Experience:
(i) Minimum of 25 years’ experience in Infrastructure Planning/Land development scheme/Town Planning/ City Development Planning/ Planning of Industrial Corridors or Related field.
(ii) Experience in the field of Transit Oriented Development/ Value Capturing Finance or similar area will be desirable.
Desirable:
(i) Master in Architecture/ Transportation/ Urban (or Town) Planning/ Related field/MBA
(ii) Should have worked in a government organization/reputed private sector organization/consulting organization or as a consultant for Government or its entities or Multilateral/Bilateral development Banks.
