Essential Qualification : The candidate should have a Graduation degree or its equivalent in any discipline from an Indian University / Institution recognized by appropriate statutory authority.
Essential Work Experience : Should have retired as JCO or its equivalent post from Indian Army / Navy / Air Force with minimum 10 years of experience in Liaisoning cum Secretarial work with the following abilities / skills:
