Banaras Hindu University invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. or equivalent degree in Agronomy/ Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/ Agroforestry/Environmental Science with the minimum of 55% marks and qualified UGC/CSIR/ICAR-NET or GATE.
Desirable Qualification :
(i) M.Sc. Soil Microbiology
(ii) The candidate should have good analytical skills for carbon and phosphorus fractions in soil.
(iii) The knowledge of biochar and mycorrhiza analysis and characterization.
(iv) Familiarity with macronutrients and heavy metals based microorganism behaviour in the soil is also desirable.
