Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Service Commission invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Assistant Professor
Essential Qualification:
(A) (i) Master Degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a recognised university.
(ii) Besides fulfilling the above qualification the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC, CSIR or Similar test accredited by the UGC at National level or SLET/SET of the State UP or who are have been awarded a PhD Degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission. OR
(B) The PhD degree has been obtained from a recognised university in the relevant field.
