- Hon’ble CAT Srinagar has directed the Commission vide OA No. 717/2022 dated 27.07.2022 and OA No. 730/2022 dated 29.07.2022 to issue Admit cards for 271 and 433 candidates respectively whose applications were rejected on the ground of blurred signature which is not as per format. However, it has been observed that the applications of total of 704 candidates were rejected on the ground of not only blurred signature but also incorrect photo /non-submission of Domicile Certificate etc. Taking into account of Hon’ble CAT order, Admit card to all such candidates whose applications were rejected on the ground of blurred signature/ incorrect photo/ non-submission of Domicile Certificate etc. are being issued for appearing in the examination provisionally subject to final outcome of the above said OAs. Such candidates have been allocated at Delhi, Kargil, Leh, Chandigarh for taking examination on 05.08.2022. They are being intimated through SMS/Email.
- It is also to inform that the Commission is not in a position to issue Admit cards to 75 applicants of the above said OAs as their data (Registration ID, Name etc.) is not matching/available with the Commission. It seems that these candidates have not applied for the Selection Post/Ladakh/2022 Exam or they have indicated wrong registration IDs in the said OAs. List of such candidates along with their Registration ID, name etc. as mentioned in the above said OAs is attached herewith.
