Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Direct Recruitment:
Post Name: Assistant Research Officer (Yoga)
Essential Qualification:
Regular PG year degree in Yoga/Regular Degree in Yoga or Yoga & Naturopathy from recognized University with minimum 55% of Marks. OR
Any degree with minimum 55% of marks from recognized University & One Year diploma/Diploma in Yoga Education/ Studies etc. with minimum 55 % of marks from recognized University/Institute of Repute.
Minimum Five Years Post Qualification Teaching/Research Experience in Yoga in a reputed Yoga Institute.
Desirable:
1. Ph.D
2. Published Research papers in General of repute.
3. Research experience in projects.
4. Proficiency in Sanskrit.
5. Knowledge of Computer Application.
Post Name: Accountant
Essential Qualification:
For Deputation Essential: S.A.S passed Accountant failing which S.A.S. passed clerk from any organized accounts department. Indian Audit and Accounts Department, Indian Railways Account Department and P&T Department with two (02) years experience.
For Direct Recruitment: Any Commerce graduate of a recognized University minimum 55% marks OR with Passed in S.A.S Examination conducted by the C.A.G of India or professional qualifications in Accountancy.
Essential Work Experience: At least five years experience in an Audit Office/Deptt of Central/State Govt./Public Undertaking/Commercial Organisation dealing with cash/accounts/budget. 3. Knowledge of Computer.
Desirable: Intermediate C.A./ICWA.
Post Name: Yoga Instructor
Essential Qualification:
A Degree in Yoga with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognised University established under UGC Act. OR
Any Graduate from a recognized a University established under UGC Act with Diploma in Yoga Education/Yoga Studies/Yoga Science after graduation of at least one year duration from a recognized University established under UGC Act/ Institute with minimum of 55% marks.
Level II of Yoga Professional Competence Exam of QCI sponsored by Ministry of AYUSH, Govt of India.
Demonstration Skills in Yogic practices, for which skill test will be conducted.
Essential Work Experience: Practical experience in Yoga in a reputed Yoga Institute for a minimum period of one year.
Desirable:
1. Practical ability to perform Yogic practices.
2. Experience in giving Yoga Instructions at different levels.
3. Knowledge of Computer Operation.
4. Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit language.
