CBSE Budding Authors Programme:

CBSE Launched a budding authors Programme for the classes (5-10) students. It is in the continuation of the previous mission i.e CBSE Reading Mission. Read the full article to know more about the program.’

Details -

The aim of NEP(National Education Policy 2020) is focused on the ideal way of learning to read and vice versa. This policy clearly focused that language should be taught in an interesting way with lots of fun activities and early reading and later writing.

On the anniversary of NEP 2020, CBSE launched a CBSE Budding Authors Programme with the partnership of Central Square Foundation, Pratham Books Storyweaver, and National Book Trust.

Aim of the program-

CBSE Budding Authors Program was launched to provide a platform to engage in reading a variety of stories and discover their creative side, develop their writing skills, and have the chance to publish their work for the rest of the world to read and enjoy.

What are the writing categories for CBSE Budding Author Program 2022?

In CBSE Budding Author Programme the following three categories are open for students to submit in Hindi or English-

Actually according to the table sheet there has been mentioned the word limits for essay writing so here we can say that this the school level competitive programme so there should be also eligibility criteria for school level students of class 5th to 10th.So all the students who belongs to 5th standard to 10th standard can participate in this programme.

    I truly appreciate this step. I remember when I was in school, I used to appear for multiple international Olympiads. There too, I had seen a lot of opportunities for Science students..but I have never seen any international Olympiads type thing for Art students.
    Well the work done by CBSE is wonderful.
