South Eastern Coalfields Limited invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Full Full Time Advisor
Essential Qualification: Graduation with a least two years full time Post Graduate/degree/diploma/program in Management with specialization in HR/IR/Personnel Management from recognized Indian University/institute with minimum 60% marks.
Essential Work Experience:
Minimum 2 (Two years in E-8 Grade in CL or its subsidiaries, PSUs/autonomous organizations of Central/ State governments
Experience of 10-15 years in various Personnel functions of Coal lndustry
Expertise in impiementation of Personnel policies & guidelines in Coal Industry.
