National Institute of Technology Manipur invites online application from eligible candidates for admission in undergraduate/Postgraduate programme. The important details of the admission process are listed below -
Course name: Bachelor of Engineering (1 st Year)
Essential Qualification:
a. Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for CE and ME Courses
b. Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics and one of the following subjects (Chemistry/Computer Science/Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/Informatics Practices/Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture /Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies/Entrepreneurship) for CSE, ECE and EE Courses
c. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. d. Preference shall be given to JEE(Main) 2022 positive score candidates
Course name: Bachelor of Engineering (Lateral Entry to 2 nd Year)
Essential Qualification:
a. Passed Minimum THREE years / TWO years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of Engineering and Technology.
b. Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
c. Passed D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector
Course name: Master of Technology
Essential Qualification:
a. Passed Bachelor Degree in appropriate branch of engineering with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 60% of marks or First Class.
b. Preference will be given to those candidates having valid GATE Score.
