REET new 62,000 vacancy: While releasing the Rajasthan budget 2022, the CM of rajasthan Ashok Gehlot announced to increase the upcoming REET 2022 vacancy. He stated through his tweet announcing that the upcoming REET vacancy will increase up to 62,000 from 32,000. In which 15,500 vacancies for Level_1 and 31,500 vacancies for Level_2 will be providecd.
Decreasing vacancy: On Oct 17, 2022 Altering his tweet CM Ashok Gehlot tweeted A total no of 46,500 vacancies are approved for upcoming REET by the Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan. In which 21,000 seats are reserved for Level_1 and 25,500 seats for Level_2. 4,500 seats are also reserved for Special Education Teachers.
Current Scenario: Students are widely protesting against the Rajasthan government demanding to increase the level_2 vacancies. Total 32,000 vacancies for REET level_2 are demanding by the students.
