Essential Qualification: 

1. Personal Assistant in Level 6 (Pre-Revised Pay Band II: 9300-34800 Grade Pay 4200/-) working in ICAR institutes on regular basis; OR

2. With ten years of regular service as Stenographer Gr.III in Level 4 (Pre-Revised Pay Band I: 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2400/-) or equivalent.

Post Name: Upper Division Clerk

Essential Qualification: 

1. Regular Upper Division Clerks in Level 4 (Pre-Revised Pay Band I: 5200-20200 + Grade Pay 2400/-) working in ICAR Institutes/ Hqrs.

2. Failing (1) above, regular Lower Division Clerks in Level 2 (Pre-Revised Pay Band I: 5200-20200 Grade Pay 1900/-) of ICAR Hqrs./ Institutes having at least 8 years of regular service.
