DSSSB TGT exam is conducted every year for Delhi and NCR schools for recruiting Trained Graduate teachers for teaching various subjects.

Application Process

New Registration

  • Visit the website https://dsssbonline.nic.in/ and click “New Registration”.
  • Read the instructions carefully and fill the form. For documents candidates need to have their Xth class Roll No. to fill the registration form and Aadhar Number ready for identification proof.
  • Candidates should note down the registration number and password before the next step.

Application Form

  • After the registration process, login with the credentials to fill the Application form.
  • After login, click ‘Apply’ and fill the form.
  • Uploading the photo, signature, left and right thumb impressions will be the next step to be followed. It requires a set dimension and size for documents which are as follows:

Eligibility Criteria

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONDETAILS
EssentialB.A. (Honours) in one of the Modern Indian Language (MIL) concerned or B.A. with MIL concerned as one of the elective subjects from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate with one additional language or one school subject* at degree level.
Equivalent oriental degree in MIL concerned from a recognized university having 45% marks in aggregate.
(For appointment as Hindi Teachers only) Sahitya Rattan of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Prayag having secure at least 45% marks in aggregate with English in Matriculation
Provided further that the requirement as to the minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate shall be Relaxable in the case of (a) candidates who possess a Post-Graduate Qualification in MIL concerned from a recognized university (b) candidates belonging to SC/ST © Physically handicapped candidates.
Degree / Diploma in teaching Knowledge of Hindi is essential.** and Should have qualified for the CTET from CBSE.
Note:  “The candidate should have studied the subject concerned as mentioned in the RR’s for at least 02 years during the Graduation course. The elective word may also include the main subject as practiced in different Universities”.

TGT NATURAL SCIENCE/ MATHS/ SOCIAL SCIENCE

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONDETAILS
EssentialA Bachelor’s Degree (Honours/Pass) or equivalent from arecognized University having secured 45% marks in aggregate, in two school subjects of which at least one out of the following should have been at the elective level : English, Maths, Natural/Physical Science and Social Science.
Note :- Main subjects for (i) TGT (Natural Science/ Phy. Science) shall be Physics, Chemistry Biology, Botany and Zoology (ii) Social Science : History / Political Science/ Economics / Business Studies / Sociology /Geography/ Psychology.
Provided further that the requirement as to minimum of 45%marks in the aggregate at graduation level shall be relaxable in case of (a) Candidates who pass a Postgraduate Qualification in any of the teaching subjects listed above. (b) Belonging to SC/ST © Physically handicapped candidates.
Degree/Diploma in Training Education  AND Working knowledge of Hindi* AND Should have qualified CTET from CBSE

Exam Pattern

The exam will be TIER -I online examination with Multiple-Choice Questions in 2021. The examination is Bilingual and is conducted in Hindi and English language.

Job Profile

  • Subject-specific teachers teaching students from classes 6th to 10th in classrooms.
