Registration on PESB website and application process

how to register on PSEB website. Does it require govt. mail id to be given? can a non govt. employee also can apply for PESB advertised posts?

Step 1- Go to the official website - https://pesb.gov.in/

Step 2- Click on Apply button which is highlighted in RED color

Step 3- Select option New User

Step 4- Complete the details and click on Register which is given at the end of the form and complete the registration on the website.

You should add your personal email Id.
A Non-Govt employee can apply but it depends on the advertised posts eligibility criteria given in the official notifications.
