Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:
Post Name: Junior Research Fellow
Essential Qualification:
The candidate must have secured at least 60% cumulatively or equivalent CGPI in the qualifying degree A 5% relaxation shall be applicable for SC/ST/EWS/PH Candidates
A BTech candidate with a minimum CGPI of 8.5 and who fufils the desirables of project may be considered for the position
For Candidates having BTech/ MTech (VLSI / ECE / Material Science / Nanotechnology) Degree with valid GATE Score/valid UGC/CSIR NET or JRF
For Candidates having MSc (Electronics Science) or MSc (Physics with specialization in Electronics) with valid GATE Score/valid UGC/CSIR NET or JRF
Candidates with a CGPI of more than 8.0 from IITs/ IIITs/ IISERs/ and such institutions of National importance may be called for the selection process directly
Desirable: The applicant may be preferred if s/he has knowledge of Semiconductor Physics, Device simulation / thin film fabrication and surface characterizations, etc Experience in simulations with CAD software (COMSOL/Ansys/SolidWorks etc)
