sir i am fill ibps form there is one mistake in my form in fathers name what i do now. in aadhar card my f. name in —– prasad but in my school and college certificate f. name is —– sahu and i fill —- sahu also in IBPS form please help what i do in this situation.

      Hope you’re doing well. There is nothing to worry about the situation that you came across. All you need to do is to change surname of your Father’s name in Adhaar Card(From Prasad to Sahu). For future reference, always use the official name and address mentioned in Adhaar and matriculation certificates.

      Here’s how to change the name on Aadhaar card Online

      Step 1: Visit UIDAI’s official self-service update portal using your Aadhaar number.
      Step 2: Enter name and surname.
      Step 3: Upload scanned self-attested supporting documents on the official portal.
      Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to apply for name change.
      Step 5: UIDAI doesn’t charge a fee for changing name via Self Service Portal.

      Here’s how to change the name in Aadhaar card Offline

      Step 1: Visit the nearest Aadhaar enrollment center.
      Step 2: You will need to take the original copies of your supporting documents to the center.
      Step 3: You will have to pay a fee of Rs 50 for the name change process.

          sir Iam recently fill rrb po application i did the mistake in form filling my father name is i given space but 10th class certificate there is no space , is there any problem in certificates verification process, please replay me sir

            If their is no error in letters and only space then you should not worry but to be on safer side please do carry an affidavit at the time of document verification .
