Mistake while filling medical officer form

I made a mistake instead of mentioning the date of registration of applying in the dental Council, I mentioned my date of birth, but after that, the edit window was also closed and it is no non-editable information. But I have sent them an email regarding the same thing. Is there any problem? I may face in document verification or if they reject me and do not provide me the admit card?

Ashmita Don’t worry. At the document verification venue, you can take a printout of the sent email. They can provide you with an application form to correct any incorrect inputted data. This is seen as a human error and not a cause for rejection.
