What is an Entomology course ?

Entomology is the study of insects’ life cycles, genetics, and biological functions, as well as their interactions with their surroundings. Insect anatomy, biology, and physiology, aquatic entomology, pest management, insect-borne illnesses, morphology, insect taxonomy, biological insect control, insect physiology, and veterinary entomology are all covered in an entomology curriculum.
Modern methods to epidemiology (the study of the distribution, causes, and consequences of illness in human populations) and control of vectors and vector-borne diseases such as dengue, plague, malaria, filariasis, tick and mite-borne diseases, and so on are covered in entomology courses.
