GeetYaduvanshi To correct the name, parent’s name, or DOB in your ICSE/ISC certificates, first, contact your school. Submit the required documents, including an attested admission form, authenticated birth certificate, affidavit from a First Class Magistrate, copies of the mark sheet and pass certificate, and a correction request letter from the school. The correction fee must be paid online through the school. Additionally, a newspaper announcement of the change is required. The school will forward all documents to the Council for processing.
