Yes you can pursue law after taking science in class 12th. There are 2 ways for that either you can opt for 5 year integrated courses like B.A., LL.B direct after class 12th or you can also do normal graduation and then opt for 3 year llb programme. Depends on you what you want to do its your choice.
So, having studied science in 12th year will not prevent you from pursuing a career in law. In fact, I believe it instils a unique logical thinking approach that will only benefit you in your legal career, if you want to pursue one.
