I completely understand your situation. I’m in the middle of my final examinations, and I’ll admit that I’m a little disturbed this time.
I think one thing you should do is mentally “prepare” yourself. The first thing you should do is take regular pauses. Only by taking pauses can you learn effectively! Otherwise, your brain will be overworked. I’ll ell you what I did and you can also do. Take some time off and do something else. Meet up with friends, play outdoor sports, go on a ride, whatever thrills you. If you start to feel frightened, call a trusted friend! Discuss your phobia. This will help you a lot.
Here I have organised a list of other things which might help you:
a) Make sure you’re prepared: This involves starting studying for the test as soon as possible until you’re confident in your knowledge of the material.
b) Negative ideas should be pushed away if they arise, such as “I’m not good enough,” “I didn’t study hard enough,” or “I can’t do this.” To tell you the truth, I have faced it very much.
c) Get adequate sleep: Getting enough sleep can help you concentrate and remember things.
d) If you start to feel anxious while taking the test, take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
e) Avoid falling into the perfectionism trap: Expect to fall short of perfection. Isn’t it?? We’re all going to make errors, and that’s fine.
I hope it helps you.
