Students who often succeed in their work, understandably, afraid of failure. Academic failure doesn’t depend always only on student.Academic failure shows lack of education which leads high social and economic loss. Failure also have different effects on someone, it’s depend on the mindset of a student. If a positive mindset student fails, he will try overcome on his failure and also take another attempt with more confidence. Failure works as motivation to achieve task for a positive person but a student with negative mindset will totally disturbed with it. It makes our goal seems further out of reach. People often tease someone who failed and totally demoralize.
