Exams are becoming more difficult these days, and there is no such thing as an easy exam. It all depends on your preparation and point of view and the ability of candidates.

I can tell you about my own personal experience. For the position of cashier at the Co-operative Bank, I took a test. It was easy because I studied in an English medium school, thus there were only general questions about English grammar, comprehensive questions, and mathematical problems. So according to me this type of examination are easy to crack.
