“PM Narendra Modi has reviewed the status of Human Resources in all departments and ministries and instructed that recruitment of 10 lakh people be done by the Government in mission mode in next 1.5 years.”
This statement has been officially released by the PMO today. Since this news has came out, there has been a hope of light among the youngsters preparing for government jobs.
Mr. Narendra Modi has inspected the availability of Human Resources in all the departments and the ministries of India. The departments and ministries are running with insufficient amount of human resources. Keeping this in mind he has officially stated to fill up these vacancies in the coming time within the span of 1.5 years.
This recruitment drive can be beneficial to lakhs of students and candidates in India. From past few years there had been unemployment due to unavailability of vacancies or delays in the recruitment processes.
However, if this drive will be conducted on time and efficiently it would be great achievement for the government and would brighten the future of many candidates.
There had been multiple flaws in the recruitment procedures of the government jobs. These flaws have infuriated the aspirants to a very great extent. Now a big question arises if this “Mission” would work out or not.
The present government had been continuously receiving backlashes regarding the spread of unemployment in the country. This “Mission Mode” recruitment initiative, if successful, can prove to be a big point to speak on for the positive steps of the government.
