Each institution used to hold their own exams prior to the establishment of this exam, which would have upset university administration as well as students who would have applied to multiple universities and prepared for various alternative curricula. Additionally, there is a large enrollment fee for universities, making it difficult to apply to many of them.
It is therefore desirable to combine all university admission exams and delegate overall responsibility to NTA (the national testing agency), which will manage this exam.

The northeastern state university was also exempted from conducting the CEUT UG entrance exam this year due to some unavoidable technical and operation issues therefore attendance was low in such a state after the incident happened in Jharkhand Ramgarh.

These types of technical issues are very common now a days. Various recruitment or admission exam which are conducted in online mode but there is a Major problem always raises for slow server, system issue, connection lost and many more. So recruitment bodies should ensure a proper setup before conducting examination because due to these issues students career would be affected which will not be good sign for fair exams.
