Still the debate continues on Day 7 of Karnataka Hijab Ban case. The Supreme Court stated on Monday that the key question in the Karnataka hijab case is whether the State can restrict student’ fundamental rights in classrooms.

A debate on fundamental arises in the hearing, in which Dave who is appearing from student side said that“My fundamental right can be exercised anywhere… Whether I am in my bedroom, my classroom or whether I am before Your Lordships”.

Dave also said that “Religious practice is not confined to a temple or a dargah, etc. It is part of one’s religious conscience… One cannot quarrel with a Muslim woman’s faith or belief to wear hijab”.

He also quoted the Constituent Assembly debates to note that the only religion that matters before the court is the Constitution.

What’s your view on this whole argument that whether the State can restrict student’ fundamental rights in classrooms or not?

Hijab Ban Becoming a Ruckus in Muslim Girls Education

A new issue or we can say concern raised during the last SC hearing on Hijab Ban. This Hijab Ban is causing a ruckus in education of various muslim girls as some families are not allowing their daughters to go to school without wearing Hijab.

Due to this around 17,000 students did not write their exams following the order because they were not allowed in school with hijabs.

All these issues are causing a direct impact on muslim girl student education and somehow forcing them to go back to Madrasas.

Whatever this case will take direction we don’t know but all these things are impacting education of students especially girl students whom we should promote in getting ahead in education.

Hijab Ban-SC asks can you practice religion in school

So much happened in the hearing of Hijab ban. A debate arise on comparison of chunni, pagdi and hijab. And the Supreme Court also asked that if Hijab is allowed then girl student can wear whatever they want in school and colleges. During the hearing, the Supreme Court sought to know how the discipline of the school is violated due to the wearing of Hijab. As when some students start protesting regarding this matter, another group of students started to wear saffron shawls which could led to communal rights. Due to this government get involved in this matter otherwise government would not interfere in this as it is the matter of education institutions.
The next hearing was scheduled to 7th September, lets see what will happen in this hearing.

Ap REET exam ka example le skte h us paper mein cheating na ho uske liye jis area wo exam conduct kraya jata h wha netbandi kr di jaati h but tb bhi cheating aur paper leak k case samne aate h.. I agree with you banning hijab is only creating hatred in the society. Ye matter year k starting se chl rha h but abi tk iska koi final decision nhi nikl paya h kuki Karnataka high court is refusing to lift the ban on Hijab in educational institutions.

Iske wajah se petitioners ne Supreme Court mein petition file kri h jiske against SC ne notice nikala h ki is matter k against hearing hogi on September 5th.

The NEET UG Case- What is all the hustle about?

As far as we are aware, NEET UG 2022 was held on July 17, 2022. However, as soon as the exam was finished, there was a commotion concerning an incident that happened at one of the Kerala exam centres during the exam.

What actually happened at the Kerala exam site?

Girls students are asked to take off their innererwear during the students’ checking due to a metallic hook. And the authorities have warned them that they won’t be able to take the exam if they don’t get rid of it. Just imagine how horrible it must have been for the student to have gone through this.

It is not the first time that such incident took place during this exam. Prior to this, a similar event occurred in Kannur in 2017, when the student was requested to change their pants due to the dark colour. Due to the fact that most stores were closed on a Sunday morning and the student needed to change their pants before taking the exam, they had to travel at least two kilometres to find a store.

According to the authorities, these measures are meant to stop any exam fraud.

• But does it seem appropriate to treat the student who has come there to take the exam in such a way?

• Consider the trauma they had just prior to the exam and whether they would be able to focus during it.

• What do you think, guys? Are the measures adopted to stop exam fraud always correct? What do you think about this?

I think it is the right step as it is not at all possible to prepare for the exam in such a short time. They would have atleast informed earlier or either conducted it in two attempts like JEE Mains.

Muje lgta h change ayega kuki withdraw hua result phle phir nikala kuch toh change ayega agr same hi rhta toh withdraw shayad krte hi nhi…. so i think so changes dikhege….baki its only my assumption so it cannot be 100 percent true.

Next date toh abi tk btaya nhi dekhte h kb tk hoga. Ye toh aaj kl common ho gya h exam cancel and postpone hona. Iske reason bohot sare h kbi paper leak, kbi pandemic situation, kbi kuch aur. Don’t know ye kb tk chlega but isse students ko bohot dikkat a rhi h.

Educational qualification kya required h AFCAT k liye. I have done graduation from Physics can i give this exam or not?

Previous year se utna difficult toh nhi tha but kuch section mujhe lge ki pichle year zyada hard rhe…jaise ki pharmacology section and also part C of the paper i think was hard as compared to previous year paper.
