In my opinion, being a Bank Clerk is far better than being an MTS.
As one is a graduation-based job while the other is a 10th based.
Although an MTS doesn’t do cleaning/dusting works nowadays but they are bound to do any of these jobs if their officers ask them to do.
Another thing, The promotional aspect in Bank is far better than an MTS, as you can be a Probationary Officer in 3 to 4 years in the banking sector but in MTS you don’t even get a grade pay hike.
I think it is clear now.
