I have got my corection done and certificates recived today and I will Help you all with my experience
There was a mistake in my father’s name and I had decided to go for a collection so I may not face any problems in the future I had applied through my school and submitted documents such as birth certificate School admission form and my father’s Aadhar card I I was not ask to submit any newspaper cutting or affidavit change the nature of my correction was very different and there was a double space issue I was very worried and then I had went to the school and applied my correction request was approved and my school had sent my documents to be councils ofice but the whole process of correction to almost 2 months because of some issue from my own side but council and school had helped me a lot 22 August my correction was completed and soon the changes were reflected on the digi locker and today I have received my marksheet but no past certificate instead a certifying statement of examination result although at the explanatory notes behind the certyfying Statement of examination result it mention at multiple points that it is itself a certificate like it says to the candidate who has been awarded the certificate has satisfactorily complted cources etc and so we can assume this is the certificate itself and also icse has made it clear they don’t issue pass certificate rather this as an official alternative..now I hope this will be accepted as a matriculation/passing certificate in jobs but all though my experience was good in this process school and council were very helpful and only disappointment is with the pass certificate issue since all boards issue duplicate except icse and overall I would say evryone who needs corection u can go and get it done 👍 council will help you a lot no isue … You can mention me and ask for any help any help I will help u all at any cost thank you so much
