I have cleared both of the exam and i got my joining at same time but I am confused which one is better job between esic udc and rrb po and which post I should join?

    In ESIC UDC you will get district headquarter posting . ESIC do not have branches in rural areas.
    You will not have to work beyond office hours, also you will not feel any pressure of work here.
    basic salary- Rs. 25,500/-

    In Rrb PO there is a lot of work load and also posting will be in rural areas but the basic salary is higher than
    ESIC UD.
    basic salary - Rs. 29,000 to 33000
    So here the pros and cons of both job You can decide according to your importance.
