Fake Organization named ‘Gramin Udhyamita Sansthan”, claiming to be under Ministry of Rural Development, carrying out recruitment process for the states of Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana

Organization is fake and created with the sole intent of extracting money from unsuspecting applicants
It has come to the knowledge of the Union Ministry of Rural Development that an organization named ‘Gramin Udhyamita Sansthan”, claiming to be authorized by the Govt. of India and working under the Ministry of Rural Development, is carrying out a recruitment process since the month of November for the posts of Data Analyst, Administrative Officer and MTS for the states of Uttarakhand, Punjab and Haryana.

Based on complaints received by the Ministry in the month of March 2022, it is clarified that there is no such Institution/Autonomous Body/Attached or Subordinate Office/Organization affiliated to the Rural Development Ministry. From the modus operandi and credentials, it is evident that the organization is fake and created with the sole intent of extracting money from unsuspecting applicants.

General public is hereby advised to stay informed in this regard and applicants should be cautious of claims such as vacancies/posts/pay scales etc, made by this dubious organization and fall into trap like committing any payment towards refundable Security Amount for Certificate Verification or sharing sensitive information including bank account details.

Applicants may please note all Central and State Government websites are on “gov.in” domain and NOT on “.com” or any other spam/concocted/spoof website or false link.

    Recently it was published by the PIB that an organization named ‘Gramin Udhyamita Sansthan’ is a fake organization pretending to be the part of Ministry of Rural Development.
    In case you want to check the authenticity of any central or state government organization please note that the government organizations are always on “gov.in” domain and not on “.com” or any other domain.

      Clarification regarding fake websites

      It has come to the notice of the Ministry of Education that in order to dupe innocent applicants several websites have been created with the name similar to the schemes (like www.sarvashiksha.online, https://samagra.shikshaabhiyan.co.in, https://shikshaabhiyan.org.in) of this Department.

      These websites are offering employment opportunities to the aspiring candidates and misguiding the job aspirants through the layout of website, content and presentation in a manner similar to original website and asking for money from the respondents for the applications. While, these websites have come to the notice of the Department of School Education and Literacy, there may be more such other websites/social media accounts promising jobs and demanding money for recruitment process.

      The General Public is, hereby, advised to avoid applying for job opportunities on such websites and to ensure themselves that the websites are authorised by visiting the official website of the concerned Department/personal inquiry/telephone call/e-mail to safeguard their own interest. Any person applying on these websites will be doing so at his own risk & cost and shall be responsible for the consequences thereof.
