दंगे होना गलत है और यह कहीं से भी अपनी प्रतिक्रिया देने या विरोध करने का उचित तरीका नहीं है। दंगे करने वाले सारे छात्र हों यह जरुरी भी नही। कई बार कुछ असामाजिक तत्त्व ऐसी परिस्थितियों का फायदा उठा कर भीड़ में तथा छात्रों की आड़ लेकर सरकारी तथा सार्वजनिक सम्पति को नुकसान पहुंचाते है। प्रशासन उनपर उचित कार्यवाही करे परन्तु शांति पूर्ण ढंग से अपनी बात कहना छात्रों का संवैधानिक अधिकार है जो हमें संविधान के अनुच्छेद 19 (1) (c ) द्वारा प्राप्त होता है। अब आपके सवाल पर आते हैं की यह मसला अगर छात्रों का है तो बाकी सब क्यों विरोध क्र रहे हैं और इसका कारन यह है कि जब भी इस देश में किसी भी वर्ग या समुदाय को किसी भी मामले में असुरक्षा लगती है तो एकजुटता की भावना के तहत हर नागरिक जिसकी भी राय विरोधकर्ताओं के साथ है वह उनकी आवाज को साथ मिलकर मजबूती देते हैं और गणतंत्र की खूबसूरती का यह भी एक दृश्य है। हाल ही में हुए किसान आंदोलन में हमने यह बात देखी की मुद्दा भले भी किसानो का रहा है पर देशहित की भागेदारी में सभी ने किसानो का समर्थन किया।
लोकतंत्र और राजशाही राज में यही अंतर है की लोकतंत्र में सरकार हम खुद बनाते हैं और हमारा कर्त्तव्य है कि हम सरकार से सीधा सवाल करें न कि सरकार की और से बनाई गई किसी भी नीति को चुपचाप रह कर थोपे जाने दें। अगर हम भी सब सरकार की सराहना में लग गए बजाये की नागरिक होने का कर्त्तव्य निभाएं, तो फिर गणतंत्र की मिठास फीकी पड़ जाएगी तथा हम धीरे धीरे पुनः लोकतंत्र से राजतंत्र की ओर अग्रेसित हो जाएंगे।
मुझे ऐसा लगता है की सबसे पहले हमें नागरिक होने का मूल कर्त्तव्य समझने की आवश्यकता है।

    कल‌ नौकरी के इम्तिहान, इंटरव्यू के लिए जब ट्रैनों से ही सफर करना पड़ेग.. तब रोएंगे की ट्रैन नहीं है।
    विरोध प्रदर्शन करना हक है, गलत लगे तो करो विरोध कोई नहीं रोक रहा..पर विरोध के नाम पर सिर्फ ट्रैनों को आग लगाना,तोड़फोड़ करना ग़लत है।

            मान लीजिये 4 साल की नौकरी ₹30000 महीना सैलरी और उसमें कोर्स भी करेंगे ग्रेजुएशन और 4 साल के बाद लाख रूपों ने रिटायरमेंट की भी मिलेंगे और आर्मी में तो खाना पीना सब फ्री होता है मतलब कुल मिलाकर मोटा मोटा 24 ₹2500000 वह घर लेकर आएंगे 4 साल बाद और कुछ बिजनेस कर सकते हैं कुछ भी कर सकते हैं कम से कम खाली तो नहीं बैठेंगे जैसे आज के युवा 12वीं तक पास करने के बाद कॉलेज जाते हैं और आपको पता ही है क्या करते हैं इतना तो कोई उनको देखा भी नहीं 12वीं पास करते ही ₹30000 जिनकी समझ में ना आ रहा हो वह मनरेगा की योजना में चले जाएं.

                thepawankushwaha आपका नजरिया सही है पर तथ्य पर विश्वास करना ज़रा मुश्किल हो रहा है। व्यवसाय शुरू करने की नसीहत और 12 लाख रुपये की लालच शायद उन लोगों को अच्छी भी लगे जो इस मुद्दे को चाय पीते हुए या किसी आरामदायक जगह पर बैठ कर चर्चा के हिस्से की तरह देखते हैं पर क्या व्यवसाय शुरू करने के लिए बस 12 लाख रुपये की ही जरुरत है या फिर उससे सम्बंधित पढाई, रिसर्च या तजुर्बे की भी? ये जो भी लोग अग्निवीर बनकर निकलेंगे १२ लाख के साथ व्यवसाय शुरू करने इनकी पढाई मात्र हाईस्कूल या इंटर कालेज तक की होगी और वो भी किसी ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से, और इनका तजुर्बा बॉर्डर पर बन्दूक चलाने और दुश्मन का सीना छलनी करने का होगा, अब इस तजुर्बे और शिक्षा के साथ व्यवसाय की दौड़ में उतरना जहां बेरोजगारी चरम पर होने की वजह से हर युवा व्यवसाय को अवसर की तरह देख रहा है भले ही उसे इसकी समझ हो या न हो, ये अग्निवीर भी उसी दौड़ में शामिल हो जाएंगे।
                क्या गारंटी है की हर अग्निवीर व्यवसाय स्थापित कर ही लेगा और अगर संघर्ष के दम पर उसने यह कर भी लिया तो क्या गारंटी है कि उसका व्यवसाय सफल ही हो जाएगा।
                तथ्य तो यह है की उसके पास मात्र 12 लाख रुपये होंगे और मौका मात्रा 1 और यह खेल होगा किस्मत का क्यूंकि अगर उसने 12 लाख की संपूर्ण जमापूंजी व्यवसाय में लगा दी और वह भी डूब गई तो बस ईश्वर ही उसकी मदद कर सकता है क्युकि सरकार अगर अभी नहीं सुन रही उनकी तो बाद में ये उममीद करना ही बेकार होगा।

                        The MHA also decides to give 3 years age relaxation beyond the prescribed upper age limit, to Agniveers for recruitment in CAPFs & Assam Rifles

                        Further, for the first batch of Agniveers, the age relaxation will be for 5 years beyond the prescribed upper age limit

                        The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) decides to reserve 10 percent vacancies for recruitment in CAPFs and Assam Rifles for Agniveers, completing four years under the Agnipath Scheme announced by the Government of India, led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.

                        In a series of tweets, the Home Minister’s Office said that “The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) decides to reserve 10% vacancies for recruitment in CAPFs and Assam Rifles for Agniveers, completing four years under the Agnipath Scheme announced by the Government of India, led by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi”.

                        It also said that “The MHA also decides to give 3 years age relaxation beyond the prescribed upper age limit to Agniveers for recruitment in CAPFs & Assam Rifles.                         Ministry of Shipping announces Six attractive service opportunities for Agniveers from Indian Navy for smooth transition into Merchant Navy

                        Ministry to work closely with Indian Navy to equip Agniveers to join highly skilled & remunerative Merchant Navy

                        Agnipath scheme to train & transform youths through Indian Navy to take up captivating roles in merchant navy

                        The Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (MoPSW) announced SIX attractive service avenues for smooth transition of Agniveers in various roles of the Merchant navy, post their stint with the Indian Navy. The scheme will enable Agniveers to acquire necessary training, with rich naval experience and professional certification to join the remunerative merchant navy across the world. The provisions were announced by the Directorate General of Shipping, a Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways organization in Mumbai today.

                        These schemes for Agniveers include transition from Ratings in Indian Navy to Certified Ratings in Merchant Navy, transition from Electrical Ratings in Indian Navy to Certified Electro Technical Ratings in Merchant Navy, transition from Ratings in Indian Navy to Certified Class IV-NCV CoC holder in Merchant Navy, transition from Electrical Ratings in Indian Navy to Certified Electro Technical Officers in Merchant Navy and transition from Cook in Indian Navy to Certified Cook Merchant Navy. The MoSPW will issue INDOS and CDC for those Agniveers who intends to explore in any of the said schemes through Indian Navy. Some of the schemes are devised for Agniveers with Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or ITI Trade Certificate in Electronic or Electrical stream - either joining with these qualification or acquiring these during their tenure with the Indian Navy.

                        The Agnipath scheme - a transformative move to modernize India’s armed forces - will create opportunities for the youth of the nation to serve the country and, at the same time, earn rich professional experience and training enabling them to seize opportunities. In order to provide global exposure via merchant navy, the MoPSW will work with the Indian Navy to train & equip the Agniveers & facilitate to take up alternate career in the merchant post four years stint with the Navy.

                        Speaking on the scheme, the Union Minister of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Shri Sarbananda Sonowal said, “The vision of PM Narendra Modiji through the transformative Agnipath scheme is an attempt that the profile of Indian armed forces remains youthful. They will be adaptive to newer technologies & prepare them through their stint with our world class Indian Navy to secure a lucrative career in the global merchant navy. We are working with Indian Navy to bridge the gap of skilled man force in the merchant navy through these schemes. It will help our Agniveers to get transited in the shipping sector and build an enticing career in merchant navy by contributing immensely through their rich skills & experience to the Indian marine economy.”

                        India is one of the largest manpower supplier to world Merchant fleet. Indian seafarers are certified as per STCW Convention and are in great demand internationally. The schemes are devised in a way to help the Agniveers for the smooth transition in the shipping sector. The MoPSW and Indian Navy will work closely in this regard.

                        Agnipath - Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh approves 10% reservation of jobs for Agniveers in Indian Coast Guard, Defence Civilian posts & 16 DPSUs
                        Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh has approved a proposal to reserve 10% of the job vacancies in Ministry of Defence for Agniveers meeting requisite eligibility criteria. The 10% reservation will be implemented in the Indian Coast Guard, defence civilian posts and all the 16 Defence Public Sector Undertakings - Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) Limited, Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL), Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL), Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders (MDL), Mishra Dhatu Nigam (Midhani) Limited, Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL), Advanced Weapons & Equipment India Ltd. (AW&EIL), Munitions India Limited (MIL), Yantra India Limited (YIL), Gliders India Limited (GIL), India Optel Limited (IOL) and Troop Comforts Limited (TCL). This reservation would be in addition to existing reservations for ex-servicemen.

                        Necessary amendments to relevant recruitment rules will be undertaken to implement these provisions. The DPSUs will be advised to make similar amendments to their respective recruitment rules. Necessary age relaxation provision will also be made to enable recruitment of Agniveers to the above posts.
